小妹有excel函数不会编写，请教大家：

当A1大于等于1以及C1小于等于-1时，B1显示0，否则显示50

通常会有下面几种情况
A B C
1 0 50 0
2 1 0 0
3 0 0 -1
4 1 0 -1


我编写了：IF(A1>=1,0,50)，可是同时要满足c1的要求就不知道怎么写了。
