我的笔记本待机的时候，硬盘总要发出“咔”的一声，好像是关机时 切断电源的声音。请问这样会不会损伤硬盘，要不要禁用待机。谢谢 ！

这只是关闭硬盘的声音，正常现象。

这个声音是硬盘将磁头复位，回到等待区的操作所发出的声音，同时 硬盘进入节能状态，是正常的操作，不会损伤硬件的。
