Total War in 2006 ,

Simon Pearson published his book in 1999 ,
called Total War in 2006 was the winner of the prestigous
German prize Clausewtiz award

It's hard to say.

"Total war". With the United States... Surely, you jest...
You obviously don't know what that term means. Exactly how long do you
think the muslim world would last faced with massed formations of B-52's
leveling entire cities? No power. No water. No roads. No bridges. No
airports. No ports. Nothing imported by sea. Nothing imported by air.
Almost nothing imported by land. No place to live, because "de-housing"
bombing attacks would be a part of a "total war" with the US, in other
words, destroying all houses, apartments, and any other structure suitable
for people to live in. No trains. No radio stations. No TV stations.
Pretty much hospitals would be about the only things left standing, but
would likely have been abandoned by their staffs.
Exactly how long do you think the muslim world would last in such a war? My
guess would be about 2 weeks.
"Total war" with the United States... You people are even more delusional
than I thought... And that's really saying something...

They would level the hospitals, too, so even the injured will
eventually die. Look what the U.S. soldiers are doing in Iraq today,
kill all and destroy all.

They would last forever ? No power, no water, no roads,
no bridges, no airports, no ports everything imported by camel.
Guided by the stars and living in tents.
They would revert back to Bedouins with no TV, trains or radios,
hospitals.....
I think a large population of Muslims would welcome that.
And, after all is that not the goal of the Taliban, to go back in time ?
To reject satans electrical power, TV, radio, plumbing and so on ?
