Yes, I absolutely agree, it's better and better :-)
Real estate price grows,medical cost grows,education cost grows.......and
then we are glad to see our GDP growth rate break more and more world
records
Now,a common young couple ,buy a very simple dwelling shell,means all money
they have,and plus their parents's all-life-long savings, BUT this is not
ENOUGH
Actually I wish the day ,when a basic meal cost all my savings,the day would
come soon, then our GDP would be NO.1 on this planet earth
Then it's not better,but universaly best:-)
