他的确很努力，但是他的缺陷太多了～～
不识人，不能知人善任（詹姆斯恁个具有攻击力的后卫他不会用，还 把人家换到猛龙了，换来的阿尔斯通去年在猛龙的助攻很多，现在到 了火箭也是一无是处了～～）
临场指挥能力差（关键时刻不叫暂停，或者叫了暂停没的成效，该换 人不换人，不该换人乱换人）～～
不懂得激发球队的士气和活力（马刺的平均年龄比火箭老，但是波波 维奇手下的老将在场上总是士气高涨，而且每每最关键的时刻挽救球 队～～）
