各位高手求助
我的服务器，之前好好的，最近进行会iis停止 服务。网站不能访问，cpu持续100，要重启后才 会恢复。
日志系统里有好多下面的记录：
Generate Activation Context 为 C:\WINDOWS\system32\urlmon.dll 失败。 参考错误消息: 拒绝访问。
