如：类似组策略的管理功能等。

你可以说一说具体想实现哪些功能，有些功能必须在 NTFS 文件系统上才能完成，
不能在 FAT 文件系统上完成。

组策略并不靠ntfs来实现

gpedit.msc直接做

ntfs主要实现类似ntfs分区安全性,efs,压缩等.......
