win2k 系统，开机正常，进入系统可以听到声音，就是载入桌面时停止，没 有任何提
示，屏幕上只有鼠标，且键盘鼠标可以正常使用，按Ctrl+Alt+Del选 任务管理器没反
应，选重启按F8选按最后一次正常启动进去也一样不行，再重启进入 安全模式，可以看
到桌面，可以使用，请问要怎么样解决，多谢！

请在安全模式下检查一下随系统启动一起加载的程序列表，看看都有 哪些程序随开
机一起运行。检查启动项可以检查一下开始菜单中的“启动”菜单、 检查一下注册
表中的 RUN 键值、检查一下开机脚本等，或者从 Windows XP 或 Windows 98 中
复制 MSCONFIG 程序加以检查，或借助超级兔子、优化大师等软件。

如果Alexis提供的方法仍无法解决
检查下显卡驱动
有时会因为驱动问题导致１６位色模式下死机
