前几天，我的公司有一台Windows 2000 Pro SP4 的机器，在运行过程中出现了蓝屏问题，报出的错误号码是：“STOP :0x0000001E(0xC0000006,0x77FAA4C2,0x00000000,0x77FDA970)”， 当时，系统的建议是如果是第一次就不必在意，重新启动可能会解决 。因此，我强行关掉计算机，并重新启动。
接着下午的时候，再一次出现蓝屏症状，编号类似上午的，但是后面 的参数有些不同“STOP:0x0000001E(0xC0000006,0x805490D3,0x0000 0000,0x77FBBE44)”。系统提示仍旧是重新启动可能解决该问题。因 此，我再次强行关闭系统。接着，打开计算机，此时计算机出现了不 正常的现象。我首先联系了DELL的工程师，利用他们的工具检测了机 器，初步断定硬盘没有问题，然后准备解决软件问题。

当时计算机的整体响应速度极慢，加载Windows 2000以及出现Windows 徽标的加载过程都很慢，而且windows徽标结束后，计算机自动重新 舳Ｒ虼宋易急附氚踩Ｊ剑峁踩Ｊ浇氤晒Γ枪艘 换幔扑慊ǔ龃嬖凇癏ard Error”。最终，
我选择按下F8，应用最后一次正确配置来恢复计算机。现在计算机可 以正常的启动，而且没有报任何的错误，就是启动时间长，尤其是输 入完用户名和密码有的加载过程非常的慢。

望组里大人指教。

另：
计算机的配置
CPU：P4 2.8C
Memory：512
主板：Intel 915G
该计算机为DELL的GX 280

0x0000001E 错误表示 Windows 检测到一个非法或未知的进程指令，一般是由于内
存有错误，或者与 0x0000000A 错误相似，表明在内核模式中存在以过高的进程内
部请求级别（IRQL）访问其没有权限访问的内存地址的故障。

关于此问题的解决方法，一请检查硬件兼容性，最近有没有添加删除 新的设备，或
者更换过驱动程序，有的话请恢复到旧版本；二请检查软件兼容性， 如果在最近安
装过或升级过某个应用软件后引起问题，请将其恢复到旧版本；三请 检查一下蓝屏
中有没有提到具体的文件名，如果提到 Win32k.SYS 之类的文件，请加以说明；四
请检查一下主板 BIOS 设置，将其恢复为默认设置，看看是否可以解决。
