我电脑的系统英文版的WIN 2000(装有SP4)，很奇怪的是，IPod
MP4和Canon数码相机通过数据线插入USB接口，电 会显示移动盘和其中的内容（这两款有装驱 程序），可是我另外一部MP4，牌子是KISS，安 装说明书上说得很清楚，WIN98版本以上的都不 装驱动，所配的安装盘也不允许装。。但插 USB接口后，电脑上却没有任何反应，没有移 盘出现。。USB接口在没插入任何东西的情况 ，桌面右下角关于USB的提示， "Device"前会显示“！”感叹号，Driver

available；Digital Signer:Not
available，也试过卸载重装，但一样不行，显示 和之前一样。平时插入移动硬盘，也是没有反 应，是不是缺少了哪些驱动程序？！请问可以 再哪里下载或怎样解决！？这个问题存在很久 ，一直无法解决，其他移动硬盘根本用不了， 很不方便~~~请帮帮我！
