首先，你把自己的IP设置为路由器的IP就是错 的。这样IP冲突了，不可能访问到路由器的配 置界面。

因为你现在路由器本身的IP地址为 192.168.1.1 所以你要设置机器的IP为 192.168.1.*** 就可以了。
至于 TL-R402 是带路由功能的小交换机，本身没有TELNET管理 界面，只支持WEB管理，不可能TELNET上去的。
