WIN2000 SERVER（SP4），工作组服务器，
启动后，在系统事件日志中出现错误信息（来 源：NetBT;描述：由于驱动程序设备无法创建， 初始化操作失败）；
IPCONFIG /ALL命令，有一行为“NetBIOS over Tcpip-----Disabled”;
设置了WINS服务器，并启用了NetBios;
在网上邻居里只能看到组名，组内无内容，包 括自己。

不知这可能是什么原因，如何解决，我上次遇 过一次，最后重装系统解决，

丢失系统的默认管理共享也会造成类似NetBT（E ventID4311)错误，
