你可以尝试到微软的msdn网站上面直接搜索并下载对应语言版本的of fice service
pack。这时候可以使用比如FlashGet等多县城下载工具，速度很快。

要说原因，也许就是你用microsoft update下载的时候，因为office sp比较大，下载速度很慢造成的。
