就会死机，请问这是什么原因啊？

请检查一下在安全模式下能否正常关机。如果安全模式下关机是正常 的，问题可能
是正常模式下加载的后台程序、服务和设备驱动程序等引起；如果安 全模式下关机
也有问题，请用 SFC /SCANNOW 命令检测一下系统文件的完整性。
