系统日志中有ID＝10016，1009，1002三条错误日志 。
打开组件服务－我的电脑　COM安全　激活和启 动权限　添加“network services”帐号并给予本地激活/启动和远程激活 启动。
重启IIS服务
问题仍然存在

CAUSE
===========
Occasionally if you:
- Install IIS after installing Windows 2003 SP1
or
- Remove SP1 after installing it previously.
IIS DLL Mismatches can ocurr.

Check the version of ASP.DLL. If this is an SP1 box, it should be an SP1
version of ASP.dll. Same goes for RTM.
This may not be the only dll that gets mismatched. If the symptoms are the
same, it wouldn't hurt to reapply the SP.

RESOLUTION
==================
If there are mismatches - Re-apply Windows Server 2003 SP1
Stop and disable the IIS Admin service; reapply SP1 and reboot the server
