windows2003，telnet上去后执行shutdown /r /t 0 /f，
执行后机器没有关闭，再执行shutdown /r /t 0 /f时，提示系统正在关机。
断开再telnet时，提示输入用户名和密码，输入后马上提示系统正在 关机。然后就断开了。


请问这是怎么回事呀？怎么解决呢？
不是每次都这样，一般都能顺利重新启动，偶尔这样
