打开设备管理器，检查一下 Windows 2000 是否已经识别键盘，键盘的驱动程序是
否存在问题（检查设备管理器中的键盘是否工作正常，是否存在叹号 之类提示）。

应该不是键盘的硬件故障。建议你换一个键盘试试看，是否也有同样 的问题。
