只有 Windows 2000 专业版控制面板里有“用户和密码”，Windows 2000 服务器
版的控制面板中未提供“用户和密码”，但可以执行 control userpasswords 命
令执行。

另外你也可以通过 计算机管理/本地用户和组 来管理用户和组
