我同学的论文格式要求中有这么一项：



距每页论文的顶部1.92cm处设计两条间距0.5mm的双横线，页角为1.7 5cm。横线的长度和论文排齐，横线的上面均为小5号宋体。具体要求 如下：

1．单页:黑线上部 左侧为撰写论文的时间( 年 月)

中间为“中国地质大学博士或硕士学位论文”的字样

右侧为页码（距论文右裁线2cm处）

2．双页： 黑线上部 左侧为页码（距论文左裁线2cm处）

中间为研究生姓名和论文名称

右侧为撰写论文的时间（ 年 月）

单页：

2003.5 中 国 地 质 大 学 博 士 学 位 论 文 1



双页：

2 姓 名 ： 论 文 题 目 2003.5



请问要求中所指的在精确位置插入横线应该如何实现，谢谢！
