如果是 Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003 操作系统，执行 %SystemRoot%\system32\
SERVICES.MSC 打开“服务”设置，检查一下后台打印服务 Print Spooler 是否已
经开启。如果没有开启的话，请将这个服务打开。无论使用本地还是 网络打印机，
这个服务都是必须的，否则的话将无法添加和使用打印机。
