专家好！
我有一个问题想请教一下。
我使用的是office 2003。前天，我打开word 2003时，竟然出现了
windows installer 界面，好在一会儿就进入了程序。
我记得,在安装完office 2003后首次进入时,好像会出现windows installer,
但以后进入时,不会再次出现的呀。
这次出现这种情况，是在系统从Ghost镜像中恢 后首次打开office,但其间安装
了瑞星杀毒软件，不知是否与此有关？
请问windows installer有何作用？为什么在安装完office 2003后首次运行时
会弹出？
能禁用它吗？

开始->运行->cmd->输入services.msc,
打开服务,找到windows installer,右击停用.就OK了.
