首先可以肯定不是 Windows 2000 的系统文件。Windows 系统文件有一个不成文的
规定：正确的系统文件名称均不超过八个字符，例如 EXPLORER.EXE、REGEDIT.EXE
等，其文件名都在八个字符以内。因此，一旦发现 RUNSERVICE.EXE 这种文件名超
过八个字符的进程，就可以立即判断它不是系统文件。

针对 RUNSERVICE.EXE 在 Google 上搜索了一下，RUNSERVICE.EXE 似乎是一些游
戏和软件的 eLicense 许可相关程序。参考：
