我用的win2000的英文版,显示中文很正常,但是不 能安装中文的软件,word都不行,总是提示乱码, 该如何解决呢?
问题补充：调成中文是不行的
我安装后将语言改为中文才有的中文输入法, 后上网,提示安装语言补丁包,然后就可以显示 的中文
但我安装一个软件的时候,提示了一堆乱码
