我是网通的用户，在访问网通的网站时，速度还可以；但是访问其他 网络时（电信），
特别的慢！！有没有办法让他快一点！！谢谢！！

网通和电信之间的连接本来就慢，这是 ISP 的问题，和本地设置无关。
