中央社台北十五日电
中国官员今天透露，中国每年超过二十万人死于突发事件，因突发事 件而伤残者更超过二百万人，经济损失超过人民币六千亿元。

根据中新社的报导，中国国务院办公厅应急预案工作小组副组长闪淳 昌在河北唐山召开的“第四届中国国际救援医学论坛”上，作了以上 表示。

他说，这些突发事件包括自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生和社会安全 等。

闪淳昌表示，中共建政以来，自然灾害平均每年造成中国一亿五千万 人至三亿五千万人不同程度受灾，一万多人死亡，经济损失两千亿元 。

他表示，二十世纪中国发生的破坏性地震占全球的三分之一，死亡人 数高达五十九万人，占全球的一半。

在事故灾难方面，中国每年发生各类事故近一百万起，死亡十三万余 人，伤残七十多万人，经济损失两千五百多亿元。

在公共卫生方面，据统计，全球新发的三十余种传染病已有半数在中 国发现。
