THE AMAZZING VIETKONG GIVING DEMOCRACY LESSON TO CHINA.
This piece of news id from the BBC (july 14th /06)according to which a
prominent Chinese Communist who was associate Editor of the People
Daily, Beijing wrote in a newspaper in Quangdung(Large and the most
prosperous province touching Vietnam in the northeast) that the
Chinese Communist Party better emulated the VCP in their creative way
of introducing Democracy in Vietnam. The associate editor used to
write on behalf of the Chinese Intellectuals who supported Deng Xia
Ping's Policy of Modernization.
Such as allowing the Central Committee of the VCP, who was of course
selected by the VCP Politburo but who, nevertheless-once selected-
represented themselves with their decision reflecting their education,
interest and what they perceived as the interest of Vietnam. The most
important members of the VCP power structure (TBT, President, Prime
minister and various cabinet ministers as well as members of the
Politburo were elected by this body with majority ranging from the low
50s to the low 80s percentage points showing some diversity in the
members' thinking. This was so unlike the present Chinese System
or the Vietnamese system before the 10th Congress where all of these
Honchos were elected viva voice by raising the hand ensuring to all of
them a perfect majority of 100% so dear to this VCP Pig , Pham The
Duyet, the President of the Patriotic Front.
The second even more important factor facilitating the growth of
Democracy in Vietnam was the live TV broadcast of all National Congress
sessions in Vietnam which meet several months a year and during which
very fierce discussion with pro and con opinion clearly expressed then
reported in all newspapers the next moring. Newspapers which were of
course all controlled by the VCP but which reported the debates
accurately and fairly . This was so unlike the Chinese System in
which their National Assembly met only for 6 days a year to finalize
the decision of the Politburo without any serious discussion by raising
their hands.
