THE TAIL THAT WAGS THE DOG
The tail that wags the dog is a metaphor used to describe circumstances
in which a small part of a body can play a decisive role affecting,
often adversely, the whole body.
Thus North Korea was often referred to as a Chicom's puppet, a tail
whose movement and decision were not their own but commanded from
Beijing (Hi Al Zeller!). Its 4th of July testing of 7 rockets
clearly was not in the Chinese interest because China is in mid course
of its development into an economic Super Power sometimes in the year
2025 to 2050. It can not afford to antagonize Uncle Sam whose Free
Trade allowed Chinese Economic Growth ; but on the other hand it cannot
entirely abandon North Korea to American attack with subsequent change
of regime for geopolitical reason.
The case of Israel in regard to the USA is quite similar to that of
North Korea in regard to China. It occupied The Golan Heights,
Lebanon, the West Bank, Jerusalem and the Gaza strip in defiance of
practically the whole World opposition except one that counted, i.e.,
Uncle Sam's.
I don't know if Israel excessive use of force --in response to Arab
Nationalism/terrorism was its own decision or ordered by the USA.
Terrorism is not the technique of war used only by Arabs Israel had
used terrorism in its own War of Independence to carve out the
territory for its new country with the Irgun/Stern/Haganah squads
headed by Menachem Begin, the arch terrorist who turned into Peace
Maker with Anwar Sadat. I prefer to believe that Israel had made War
on its own since the beginning. Including the Irguns/Stern /Haganah
War of Independence , the Suez Canal war with Ben Gurion, the 6 day
warwith Moshe Dayan ,the Sinai War with Ariel Sharon , the First
Lebanon War, the Infitada wars and the Second Lebanon War because I
believed in the pronouncements of past leaders of my adopted country
the USA, people like Eisenhower, Nixon, Kissinger, Condy Rice among
many had urged Israel to use restraints in response to despicable acts
of terrorisms targeting ,often, innocent civilians.
So I will make a case to both China and the USA to jettison our
embarrassing puppets that acted like the tail that wag the dog that we
are in the interest of our own people because our puppets' actions
had raised the level of hate people around the World nourished against
us

the best army in the World and now an independent military industrial
complexe capable of manufacturing modern jet aircrafts (the Kfir),

So arming it more with US taxpayers money is a waste of resources that
