有个电脑问题请教：服务器开不了机，进不了BIOS，出现如下字样：
chipset heat sink not detected, system halted
知否什么意思？是否主板的哪个零件坏了？

从错误提示上看是散热器工作不正常引起的，请打开机箱检查一下所 有散热器的工
作状态，有没有无法运行的散热器。
