All food are tasteful, otherwise we wouldn't eat it. You're the third
person from Mainland China to participate in discussion within SCC. I
hope you will stay and fill us in on what is happening inside China. I
heard China pased a law recently that forbid oversea Chinese from
buying property in China because it caused the property prices to rise
too fast. Have you anything to add this this?

You kept using "wo". I presume you meant "we" for you and other
people. So the number of property is limited to oversea Chinese to
buy, but not completely forbidden to buy. I was thinking about
retiring to China, but then, I know I can not read or write Chinese.
I'd be a complete foreigner in China with my own kind of people,
strange, hum!!!

I hope you won't mind, but I thought you might be interested to know
you misspelled a couple of words, "opinion" and "economy". I think you
are using the internet to practice your English. I will be glad to
communicate with you and help wherever I can.

According to my take-out menu:

=E5=A4=AB=E5=A6=BB=E8=82=BA=E7=89=87 - OX Tongue and Tripe with Spicy Peppe=
ry Sauce

Very spicy and delicious.

You should be able to find it in Bay Area, just look for authentic
Sichuan restaurant and make sure the chef came from Sichuan.

I remember way back in the late 1940s, just after the Communist took
over China, my family was living in Hong Kong. After sunset, the
streets were blocked off, the cooking pot and the tables come out.
Yep!! tripes, liver, cow intestines,... Maybe it was the fun, or the
food, but I still remember it well.

Well, J.V., like I said, maybe it was the fun, or just being a kid in
the old days. I'll never see those days again, and tripe hasn't taste
the same since, even the tripe in La Fuente Mexican Restaurant in
Tucson.

Hey!! Thanks for inviting to your concert in Tucson. I had a great

Hey stupid dog, not everyone is poor and uneducated like you. After
1949, a lot of rich families also left China and moved to Hong Kong.

No, lecher dog. It was Central Hong Kong District, Queen's Road. I
remember there was a theater close-by where my sister and I used to buy
one ticket for both of us to go in. The name of the street was Vicar
Street, a few streets above Queen's Road. In 1949, the street was
filled with old steel product materials like old steel bed-frame, old
bike,... and the stores would straighten them up , re-paint them to
good quality-look and re-sell them.

In 2003, I was in Hong Kong, and went back to the same general area.
My great grandfather's building on Queen's Road was gone then, the
theater was gone. Vicar Street was still there, but it was not the
same as before. The whole street sells antique arts, and western
foreigners were walking around shopping. It was quite a change.

surely you are not in hongkong for anytime,
so you do not know how long Queen's Road is.
and just take Queen's Road to cheat others you had been in Hongkong !!!
the Queen's Road runs from extreme east to extreme west in Hongkong island,
Central is the area where the Viceroy is there,
all dwellers are rich and noble.
how dare you are going to take hongkongese as so such a fool.
