Because they knew that I like tripe, our hosts in Beijing invited us =
to a wonderful dinner where tripe and pigs' kidneys were served. What =
can I say? The soup in La Fuente was nothing compared to those, but I =
don't know any special Chinese restaurants in Tucson, and the one to =
which I invited you the second time wasn't all that marvellous.
