Thanks to the Scotts ....

HK became a shrine of modern commercialism and practitioner par
excellence of lazzie-faire economic tenets. Unlike the PRC, which is
pushed by the heavy hand of the proverbial big brother; she is guid-
ed by the invisible hand of the aphoristic Smithian doctrine.

The pending GST has significance far beyond issues of taxation.

But promises to fundamentally change her view on government. It's
incongruous with her genetic makeup. For beyond the issue of fair-
ness are far more basic and fundamental issues for HK.

Her attitude and philosophy on governance ....
